GRAHAM, Thelma Mae, 86, of Colliers, W.Va., passed away Monday, Aug. 15, 2011, at her home.

Born Sept. 26, 1924, in Colliers, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Laura Burris Welshans.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Russell W. Graham on March 14, 1996, brothers, Joseph and Clarence Welshans and sisters, Mary Marko and Ann Anderson.

Mrs. Graham was a homemaker and a member of the Colliers United Methodist Church. She loved cooking, sewing, crafts and playing cards with her family and friends. This time of year, she enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.

Thelma is survived by her sons Russell W. Graham Jr. and his wife Diana and Joseph C. Graham, all of Colliers; step-daughter Sandy Idzojtic of Oklahoma; brother Dwight Welshans of Colliers; sister Beatrice Bishop of Weirton; grandchildren Brian, Jason, Kayla, James, Shane and Austin Graham and great-grandchildren Danielle Graham and Blake Bennett.

Friends will be received 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where funeral services will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday. The Reverend Tom Deane will officiate. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Colliers.
