Aaron James Custer was born March 7, 1993 in Wickenburg, Arizona to Stacey and Cody Custer. He passed away August 16, 2011 near Weatherford, Oklahoma at the age of 18 years, 5 months and 9 days.
Aaron grew up in Wickenburg. When he was 14, the family moved to Beckham County. Aaron attended Merritt School and graduated in 2011. While at Merritt he was active in football, rodeo and was a starter for the 2011 State Qualifying basketball team. He was also honored by being chosen for the K101 Classic Bowl Basketball Game. Aaron had 3 main loves in his life; people, rodeo, and basketball. He had a smile that was infectious. He never met a child he didn't love and there wasn't a child who didn't love him back. He had a way of making each one of them feel special and they knew they were important. He loved many, was loved by many and will truly be missed.
