MANILA, Utah—Funeral services for Phoebe Twitchell were Saturday, Nov. 26, at the Vase Funeral Chapel with C. Edward Eyring of the LDS Church conducting services.

Graveside services and interment were in the Manila Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jay Twitchell, Jerry Ridgeway, Justen Hunt, Jason Ridgeway, Bryce Twitchell and Dennis Twitchell.

Mrs. Twitchell, 74, of 1325 Sage St., Rock Springs, died at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at the Sage View Center where she had been a patient since last August.

A resident of Rock Springs since 1941 and former resident of Manila, Utah, Mrs. Twitchell had been in ill health the past several years. She was born in Manila on June 19, 1914, the daughter of the late Franklin M. and Myrtle N. Potter. She attended schools in Manila and married Albert Twitchell in Rock Springs on Oct. 25, 1930. He preceded her in death on Nov. 30, 1976. Mrs. Twitchell was a member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include two sons, Bryce Twitchell of Green River and Dennis Twitchell of Rock Springs; one daughter, Vonda Twitchell of Rock Springs; one sister, Emily Hanks of Provo, Utah; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Twitchell was preceded in death by one daughter, Marva Jean, two sisters and one brother.
