John Ruchhoeft, life long resident of the Town of Newton died yesterday in the same home in which he was born on December 8, 1864, just sixty years ago.
Mr. Ruchhoeft's sudden death, due to heart failure, comes as a shock to the community where he was always held in high esteem having operated a farm there together with two brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon from the home at Newton at 1:00 o'clock and burial will take place at Newton Cemetery the Rev. Carl Toepel officiating at the services.
Two brothers Henry and Herman and one sister Miss Mary, all of Newton and one sister, Mrs. Joseph Degenhardt at Waukesha, survive.
