Louise Perry, of Pauls Valley was born May 20, 1930 in Tahoka, Texas to Walter Henry and Grace Elizabeth (Adams) Crabb.
She passed away August 17, 2011 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years.
Louise grew up in west Texas and married Leo Perry in Yuma, Arizona on June 18, 1953. They owned and operated a restaurant in Tahoka, Texas and in 1957 moved to California. In 1965 they returned to Garvin County and for the past 25 year she has made Pauls Valley her home. She was a devoted homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Henry and Grace Elizabeth Crabb; her husband, Leo Perry and by two sisters, Elizabeth Shedd and Juanita Wilson.
She is survived by her daughter and husband, Mollie and Shannon Gilbert of Pauls Valley; 4 grandchildren, Christopher Shane Gilbert, MeLeah Amber Gilbert, Hilliary Layne Gilbert, and Ethan Drew Gilbert; 5 great grandchildren, Corbin Shane Gilbert, Drake Alexander Gilbert, Taylynn Nakyl Thrash, Kingston Carmine Thrash and Ava Michelle Gilbert; 3 sisters, Clara and her husband, Rev. Freddy Weaver, of Jayton, Texas; Patricia Hibbert, of Hamlin, Texas and Virginia Cox, of Archer City, Texas; 3 brothers, Arthur Crabb and Clarence Crabb, both of Hamlin, Texas; and Thomas Crabb of Hico, Texas.
Her family was very special and everything to her and her to them. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 22, 2011 at 2:30 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Freddy Weaver. A private interment will be at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
