LAKE CITY — Funeral
services for Mrs. Virgil
(Cletus Rose) Tannehill, 51,
were held at 10:30 a.m.
Monday at the Huffman
Memorial Chapel, Lake City,
with the Rev. Jerome Koenig
officiating. Burial was at the
Lake City Cemetery.
Mrs. Tannehill, formerly of
Lake City, died Thursday in
her home at Radcliffe. She
was born April 2, 1925, the
daughter of Anthony and Anna
Koster Knobbe in Carroll
County.
Survivors are her husband,
Virgil of Radcliffe; a son,
Steven of Carroll; four sisters,
Mrs. Ed Hansman of Carroll,
Mrs. Leo Snyder of Breda,
Mrs. Larry Nelson of Carroll
and Mrs. Larry Ruhde of
Carroll; a stepmother, Mrs.
Mary Knobbe of Carroll, and a
brother, Clinton Knobbe of
Coon Rapids.
Preceding her in death was
a son, William.
