Eric W. Nussbaum (Rick), 43, Fort Wayne, a native of Adams County whose father lives in the Berne area, died at 2:30 a.m. today in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born in Adams County to Howard D. and Emma L. Marquart Nussbaum. The mother is deceased, but the father lives on route 1, Berne.
Mr. Nussbaum was employed at St. Joseph Medical Center, Fort Wayne, and was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He was a member of Monroe United Methodist Church and a graduate of International Business College in Fort Wayne.
The only other survivor is a sister; Mrs. Allen (Lalah) Harding, Columbus, Ohio.
Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Monroe United Methdist Church, Rev. Donald Wilks, officiating. The burial site has not yet been selected. Visiting hours are 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m Monday in Haggard and Armes Funeral Home, Decatur, and 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Preferred memorials are to the burn unit of St. Joseph Medical Center or his church.

A decision by the family of Eric W. Nussbaum, 43, Fort Wayne, who died Saturday, has changed the location of his funeral service from Monroe United Methodist Church to Haggard and Armes Funeral Home, Decatur.
The service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Entombment will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Visiting hours are 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m today.
