William Lee was the 4th son, but 2nd surviving son, of Job & Hannah Minton Jenkins. He married Erma Laurella Harley on 20 January 1909. They had two sons, Alan Minton and Lee William.
William Lee married Isobel D.Glen on 13 May 1917 in Wellsburg, Brooke Co., West Virginia. When William died, he was living in Ohio with his second wife, Isabel. His body was shipped to his mother, Hannah's home in Follansbee, West Virginia where there was visitation. In the morning, his body was shipped by train to Pittsburgh, PA where he was interred in the family plot in Highwood Cemetery, North Side, formerly called Allegheny City, Pennsylvania.
