He is survived by father, Harry of Elyria, Ohio; brothers, Marvin, Lawrence and Oscar of Elyria; brother Donald of South Carolina; and caring friends and colleagues throughout City Hall.
A friend to all, Aaron earned special stars for his research skills, helpfulness, gentle sense of humor and abiding love of his City.
Graduate of Admiral King High School in Lorain, Ohio; concertmaster in violin, member of cross-country and track team and National Honor Society. He attended Cleveland Community College and Columbus State Community College, earning 4.0 GPAs. Volunteer, Stonewall Columbus and Columbus AIDS Task Force.
Graveside services at Eastlawn Cemetery, 1401 Woodland Ave. Friends will gather at Columbus City Council Conference Room, 90 W. Broad St., Room 226 after the service to honor and celebrate Aaron's life.
