April 2, 1953 - August 19, 2011 MIDWEST CITY Mary Katherine Meyer Brower was received by her Lord and Savior on August 19, 2011 due to complications as a result of phenomenon. She was born on April 2, 1953 in Oklahoma City and was a graduate of Midwest City High School, class of 1971. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Midwest City along with her parents who were among the founding members. Mary had a passion for singing and was asked to sing at many occasions. She was a longtime member of Meadowood Baptist Church where she met her husband, Lloyd. She was a professional wholesale rep. for different companies over several years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter M. Meyer and Jewell Eva Meyer. She is survived by her brother, Walter M. Meyer Jr. and his wife Barbara, residing in McLoud, OK; her niece, Jami Meyer, and great-niece, Ashley Eckes of Midwest City; and husband Lloyd H. Brower III; as well as her four-legged daughters, Lucy and Pickles.Services will be held at Bill Eisenhower NE Chapel at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 23, 2011, with interment services to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be held on Monday, August 22, 2011, from 8 AM until 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association .
