SAND MOUNTAIN - Aubie H. Joiner, 72, passed away Friday, August 19, 2011.
He was a member of Tiftonia Holiness Church.
He was retired from Hilliard Lyons, where he was an associate vice president.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William C. Joiner and Bertie Roberts Joiner, and first wife, Sara Bryant Joiner.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie Wooten Dabbs Joiner; daughters, Debra Gilliam and Donna Shaver; sons, Aubie Michael (Donna) Joiner and William C. (Jennifer) Joiner II; step-daughters, Janet (Wayne) Franks and Reba (Dale) Knox; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sisters, Melba Wooten, Pat (Bobby) Franks and Loretta (Darvin) York.
Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2011 in the Ryan Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Billy Parker officiating.
Interment will be at Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m-9 p.m. today and 11 a.m. until the service Tuesday.
