Williamsburg, passed away Tuesday evening, February 11, 2003 at the Christian
City Convalescance in Union City, Georgia.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Neal of New York City, New York
and Margaret Ann Vandenoord of Atlanta, Georgia; one son, William Petrey Neal
and wife, Charlcie of Hampton, Georgia; eight grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren; a nephew, David Lee of St. Petersburg, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William B. "Coot" Neal and
parents, Dr. Pascal Petrey and Flora Siler Petrey.
Graveside funeral service was held Saturday, February 15 at the Highland Cemetery,with Dr. Harold Mauney officiating. Burial followed.
