Ms. Kristi Greene of Mansfield, Arkansas died Monday, 08/22/2011, in a Fort Smith hospital. Kristi was 49 years old.
Christy was a retired R.N. for Dr. Jon Hendrickson and St. Edwards Mercy Medical Center; a former member of the 1st Methodist Church in Mansfield, a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Witcherville, Arkansas; and a loving wife/mother/grandmother/friend. Kristi was also a Mansfield High School graduate.
Kristi was preceded in death by her beloved husband: Bradley Greene; and her grandparents: Estelle Loyd and Ruby and Albert Elmore; and her father and mother-in-law: Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Greene.
She is survived by 3 sons: B.J/ Greene, of Carlisle, Arkansas, Jessie Greene and his wife: Sydney, of Booneville, Arkansas; and Chris Greene, of Mansfield, Arkansas; her parents: Mickey and Linda Elmore, of Mansfield, Arkansas; 1 brother: Glenn Elmore, of Alma, Arkansas; 1 sister: Becky Cooper, of Greenwood, Arkansas; other relatives; and many, many dear friends.
Funeral service for Kristi was held on Thursday, 08/25/2011, at Fellowship Baptist Church.
She was laid to rest alongside her beloved Brad, at Huntington Cemetery in Huntington, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were: Josh Allbritton, Larry Kiser, Kenny Elmore, Nathan Elmore, Tyler Barnes, and Ray Loyd.
Honorary pallbearers were: the staff of Poteau Dialysis Center.
