Henry F. Bagley, 76, a retired carpenter who had lived in Redwood City for 21 years, died this morning at Community Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Bagley, who had been retired for 13 years, was born in Joplin, Mo.

He leaves his son Ralph, of the home*; a daughter Mrs. Nulma Copeland of Burlingame; four brothers, William of Milton Freewater, Ore., Lawrence of Weiser, Ida., Walter of San Diego, and Elmer of Seattle; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Martin of Lewiston, Ida., and Mrs. Nellie Crawford of Clarkston, Wash.; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are planned for 1 p.m. Thursday at Crippen and Flynn Chapel*, with the Rev. Ronald White of First Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland.
