OLA SINGLETON BLACKSTONE, 77, of Memphis, nurse and homemaker, died of complications from Alzheimer disease Sunday at Mid-South Christian Nursing Home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. Mrs. Blackstone, the widow of E. C. Blackstone, leaves a daughter, R. Marie Wells of Denver; two sons, Robert D. Dacus of Mason and Charles A. Dacus of Murray, Ky.; a brother, Clyde Singleton, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be sent to the Alzheimer Association.
