Juanita Ruth Owen was born to the parents of Chester William and Cora Mae Owsley Owen June 5, 1924. She resided in the Hominy, Oklahoma area.
Ruth married Cecil Ray Moles on October 18, 1952 in Cleveland, Oklahoma in Pawnee County. Ruth and Cecil had 3 children; Diana Lynne, Elizabeth Dawn and Dona Vienna Renee' that were formally adopted on August 17, 1964.
She was a member of the Assembly of God church where she occasionally played the piano, and was the children choir leader. Ruth worked for the Munsingwear factory in Hominy for many years and was known to be the best seamstress in Hominy.
