ALBERT L. ABINGTON, 72, of Cordova, retired electrician for International Harvester, died of cancer Thursday at his home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens Cemetery.
He was a member of Kensington Baptist Church, IBEW Local 474 and an Army veteran.
Mr. Abington, the husband of Ruby D. Abington for 51 years, also leaves two daughters, Diane A. Gearing of Harrisburg, Ill., and Debbie A. Robertson of Cordova, and six grandchildren.
