daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy Weyler McDonald, she was born in Toledo, Ohio, January 18, 1935, and had been a resident of Buncombe County for the past 28 years. She was a member of Arden First Baptist Church, active in WMU and ministered to those in need at JEC and ABCCM, as well as her family. JoAnne enjoyed creating and designing as an employee of the Christmas House in Hendersonville.

She is survived by her husband Don Stucker; daughter, Roxanne Stanford, and her husband Ron, of Toledo, Ohio; son, Jeff Stucker, and his wife Dawn, of Asheville; son, Todd Stucker, and his wife Angie, of Swannanoa; daughter, Julie Stucker of Asheville and son, Tyrone Stucker, and his wife Dahn, of Johnson City, Tenn. She is also survived by a sister, Ora Truckee of Michigan and four brothers, Wesley McDonald of Clemmons, NC, Jerry McDonald and Dennis McDonald, both of Toledo, Ohio and Tom McDonald of Dundee, Michigan. Mrs. Stucker is survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
