Clara England was the first best friend I remember having. I'll always recall her sweet smile, blue eyes, and deeply southern drawl to her soft voice. She wanted to become a veterinarian. She died along with her 3 sisters, Edna, Ella, and Virginia, and brother, Virgil (Mac), in a car accident after the tires skidded over some black ice on the road.
