Paul Anderson Rites Held Here Saturday

Funeral services for Paul Anderson, who passed away at his home in Creighton early Thursday morning after a five weeks illness, were held at the Zion Lutheran church Saturday, Dec. 20 at 1:15, with the Rev. Adolph Lillich having charge of the services. Burial was in the family lot at Winnetoon.

Paul Anderson was born near Saude, Ia., June 10, 1877. when three years of age, his parents moved to a farm nine miles north of Creighton.

He was married to Rachael Thompson at Pierce, May 4, 1904. To this union was born one son, Wilbur, who died in 1931. Their first home was on a farm west of Winnetoon. Later they purchased a farm four miles north of Winnetoon, where they lived until they moved to their present home in Creighton in February 1943.

Surviving are his wife; three brothers, Nels of Gaston, Ore., John of Hanford, Calif and Iver of Raymond, Calif.
