Edward Ward, 66, of Brookside avenue, Washington, Pa., died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 1941, in the Washington Hospital after an illness of two days.
Mr. Ward was born at Ruff Creek in 1875. He moved to Washington 25 years ago and had followed the plastering trade there and in Greene County. His wife died in 1915. He leaves a daughter, Eva, wife of F. D. Freeland, of Waynesburg; two sons, Edward and Harry, of Washington; a sister, Mrs. Flora Pounds of Waynesburg; and three brothers, Perry Ward, of Washington; Frank Ward, of Waynesburg, and William Ward, of near Washington. Burial will be made this afternoon in Oakmont Cemetery, Waynesburg.
