Stephanie Caldwell, 44, of Idabel passed away Saturday June 16, 2007, at McCurtain Memorial Hospital. She was born June 21, 1962, in Talihina and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County.
Stephanie loved cooking outdoors. She enjoyed people, most of all her grandchildren, children and friends. Anytime her home was full of people, she was happy.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Natalie Caldwell; father Edger Monroe Gragg; sister, Wanda Lee Gragg Black; cousin Scott Tom.
Stephanie is survived by her daughter, Cortney Charrise Caldwell; son, Joseph Paul Caldwell; mother Lowanda "Joanie" Tom Gragg; sisters and brothers in law, Helen and Larry Parker, Mary Gail and Harmey Randolph and Joanie Stewart, all of Idabel; two grandchildren, Riylan Caldwell and Zaden Caldwell; nieces Desiree Stewart, Becky Smith, Kimberly Sharp, LaTina Mitchell and Tammy Whenton; nephews, Michael Stewart and Todd Holt; several great-nieces; great-nephews; other relatives and many, many friends.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at the Conley-White Chapel in Idabel with Bro. Jack Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Canfield Cemetery.
