Friederich (sic) Sachse died at 3:15 p.m, Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased was born in Saxony, Germany, in 1845, and came to America with his parents in 1852, when he was six years old.
They settled on a farm in Town Centerville in Manitowoc County, where they lived nine years, and then moved to Cleveland, Wis., where Mr. Sachse died.
In 1868 Mr. Sachse married Katherine Wagner, who died eight years ago.
The surviving children are W.F. Sachse, Sheboygan; Miss Eliza Sachse, Cleveland, Wis.; Mrs. Herman Fischer of Town Herman, this county; Louis Sachse of Colby, Wis.; Mrs. Geo. Reinemann of Cleveland, Wis.; Dr. F.W. Sachse of Hartford, Wis.; Mrs. Ed. Sohn of School Hill, Wis.,
and sixteen grandchildren.
The funeral services will be held from the home in Cleveland Wis., Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Rev. Phil. Springling officiating.
Interment will be made in the Saxon cemetery.
The deceased was highly esteemed by all with whom he came in contact during his long lifetime, and his memory will be held dear by them.
