Lee was born in Mitchell, SD and raised in Long Beach, CA. She spent most of her adult life in Long Beach and Kaneohe, HI. She was an accomplished violinist having played in school orchestras as a young girl and later playing classical music in the Windward Symphony Orchestra in HI, and in dance and jazz bands in the Long Beach area. Lee is survived by sons, Thomas and Mark Rowley; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren. She will be interred along side her husband, Charles Wilson, at Punchbowl National Cemetery in Hawaii.
