She was born to Josiah and Ruhamy Briggs Booher, pioneers of Western, Iowa.
She married Louis Chase on May 19, 1905, in Ute and they settled in the Canton, South Dakota area. They moved to Rapic City in 1944.
Addie was a member of the United Methodist Church and Chapter Q of the PEO Sisterhood.
She was survived by a daughter, Mrs. Walter White, in Rapid City, South Dakota, four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Addie was preceded in death by her husband, a son Lowell in 1941 and two grandsons.
