Thomas was the son of Zachariah T. & Sarah Jane (Crume) Ricks.
He married Katherine Wilson Sitton in Collin Co, TX on Feb. 22, 1891. Their children were: Rosie Lee, Cecil Thomas, Willie Belle, Frank Eldridge, Golden Dorsey, & Ruby Ione.
Federal Census Records show they were living in Bryan Co, OK in 1910. For several years they lived in Kemp.
He was in Yuba when he died on Dec. 3, 1953. Katherine died there on 7 Jun 1957.
