MAXINE D. ARMSTRONG, 85, of Walls, formerly of Sugar Tree, Tenn., and Brighton, homemaker, died Monday at her home. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Munford (Tenn.) Funeral Home with burial in Mudville Cemetery. She was a member of Parsons (Tenn.) First Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star in Munford. Mrs. Armstrong, the widow of Robert L. Armstrong, leaves two sons, Robert L. Armstrong Jr. of Walls and David M. Armstrong of Columbia, S.C., four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. (Published in The Commercial Appeal 11/26/2003)
