RECENT DEATHS
ENGLISH – Mrs. Laura Lucile English, 46-year-old resident of Covington, died Saturday night in an Enid hospital after several years of ill health.
Funeral services for Mrs. English were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Assembly of God church in the Garber-Covington oil field.
Rev. J.W. Collins officiated at the service and burial was in the Garber cemetery with the Henninger Funeral home in charge.
Pallbearers were Olin Craig, Homer Bailey, Jerd Hall, Bill Goddard, Boyd Keahey, and R.W. Bebee.
Mrs. English is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. W. Ray Redford of Enid and Mrs. W.F. Young of Covington; two sons, Carl of Grand Rapids, Mich.; and Clyde of the home; six brothers and two sisters who live in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
