Bessie L. Calhoun Rogers, 90, of Corsicana passed away Friday, June 6, 2003 at Mel-Haven Convalescent Home.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Eastside Church of Christ with Bro. Alton Albert officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
Mrs. Rogers was born March 20, 1913 in Corsicana. She was a faithful member of the Eastside Church of Christ.
Survivors include son Charles Jones (Jessie); granddaughters Priscilla Neal, Charlene McGilery and Lydia Davis (Herman); great-grandchildren Kevin Patterson of Denver, Colo., Monte McGilery of Fort Worth and Kalar Davis of Corsicana; great-great-grandchildren Kevin Neal Patterson and Kyle Nathan Patterson; sister Hattie Wilson (Shelly); nieces Gertrude Waters, Patricia Calhoun and Wilbert Raspberry; loving and devoted great-niece Mary J. Wilson; and other relatives and friends.
