Mrs James L Connelly, aged 72 years, formerly a resident of Pleasantville, died at her home in Philadelphia, Thursday, Dec 13. Funeral services in her memory will be held in Philadelphia today and the body will be brought to Pleasantville for interment in Fairview cemetery, Sunday afternoon. Mrs Connelly is survived by a son, William G of Grand Junction, Col, and by two daughters, Mrs L G C Dunlap and Dr Bertha L Connelly of Philadelphia. She was a sister of Mrs A W Brown of Pleasantville and of F W Mitchell and Mrs L T Lambert of Franklin. The family lived in Pleasantville for years, but moved away in 1886. Mrs Connelly will be well remembered by many Titusville people."

Sunday, the body of Mrs James L Connelly, who died in Philadelphia on Thursday of last week, was brought to this city and taken to Pleasantville for burial. Accompanying the remains were the two daughters of the deceased, Mrs Lida C Dunlap and Dr Bertha O Connelly of Philadelphia; Hon F W Mitchell, Mark B Mitchell, Thomas W Mitchell, Mrs John L Mitchell, Miss Lida Mitchell, Mr and Mrs L T Lamberton, Dr and Mrs A D Brown, and Mr and Mrs Bryan H Osborne of Franklin; Mrs John K Bryden of Franklin. Among those who attended the service were F W Mitchell and Annette Mitchell of this city. The body was taken to the home of Mr and Mrs A W Brown at Pleasantville, where services were conducted by the Rev Robert Murray of Titusville. Burial was made in Fairview."
