Homer moved with his family to Douglas in 1915 and worked on ranches in the area for many years. He was last employed at the Cockrel ranch near Moran; retiring from that job in 1971. He and his wife moved to Riverton at that time.
Survivors include his wife, Thelma of Riverton; one son, Paul Thomas of Riverton; brother, Bill Cross, of Sparks, Nevada and a sister, Mrs. Joe (Isabelle) Lawson of Phoenix, Arizona.
