Death claimed Walter Bruns, aged 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bruns, Route 1, early this morning at the home, coming suddenly after a short illness of four days and was directly caused by pneumonia. The deceased attended the Lutheran school in this city and last Sunday night came back to this city after visiting over the weekend with his parents, but remained only until Monday morning when he was stricken and removed to the home. The death comes as a greet schock to relatives having been wholly unexpected.
The boy was born here Sept. 6, 1912, and had always resided here. He is survived only by his parents, a only brother having preceded him in death a few years ago.
Funeral services will be held at ????? from the home on Route 1 and at 2 from St. Paul's Lutheran church, Route 1, and burial will follow in the cemetery there.
