Mrs. Sampson died Aug. 4, 2007, in a Houston hospital.
She was born on Aug. 20, 1933, to Robert and Isa Bailey Allcorn in Belton. Isa completed high school at Belton High School.
Upon moving to Killeen in 1973, she united with Marlboro Heights Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member.
After her illness, Mrs. Sampson was relocated to Houston with her daughter, Jacqueline.
Mrs. Sampson was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include her children, Jacqueline Gail Sampson, of Houston; Gregory James (Tina) Sampson, of Norfolk, Va.; Corliss Lindiwe Sampson, of Queens, N.Y.; Vincent Sampson-Zeupifatuung, of Killeen; and Christopher Steven (Nicole) Sampson, of Houston; brother, John Henry Allcorn, of Temple; and five grandchildren, Crystal, Dustin, Tyron Nevaeh and Elijah Sampson.
