Mother, Mary Olive Sutcliffe
John married Martha Emma "Mattie" Blair on November 05, 1878 at Raywick, Marion Co, KY.
There is no listing or individual tombstone in St Vincent De Paul Cemetery and I have found no verifiable proof he is there. I feel certain he is there with his two wives, several children and grandchildren. He died not far from the cmeetery. For now I have placed him in St Vincent where there is a general tombstone which represents the entire Moore family as well as several individual tombstones. If at some point in the future another brial site is found for Dr Moore, a transfer can be made to a differnt cemetery. I think this is a better option than uuing the Find A Grave option of useng "No Cemtery" with a caption of Cemetery unknown. That and this note shoould make it clear to anyone researching Dr Moore that his burial location is not 100% sure.

THE LEBANON ENTERPRISE, p. 2, Fri. Aug. 21, 1908. Dr. Moore Dead. Dr. J. S. Moore, a prominent citizen and physician, died at his home in New Hope yesterday, after a protracted illness. Dr. Moore was one of New Hope's most beloved men and highly esteemed by all who knew him. He was well known in this city, where he had many friends.
