The baby seemed in the best of health and when the mother returned to the room, where her little one was left sleeping just a short time previous, she was shocked to find life extinct and her baby dead.
Funeral services were held in the Danish Lutheran church in Winnetoon Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock conducted by their pastor, Rev. Carlsen of Plainview and interment made in the Winnetoon cemetery.
The community joins with the writer in extending our sympathy to the bereaved young father and mother in the loss of their darling little babe.

According to a family member, Edith was the daughter of Harold and Margaret Andersen. She was born with a hole in her heart. The family lived near Winnetoon. Harold was a brother of Aksel Andersen.
