Mrs. Edwin Thielke Dies in California
Death came Sunday afternoon to Mrs. Edwin A. Thielke at a hospital in Pomona, California, where she had been a patient for about three weeks.
She was the mother of Eugene and Wesley Thieleke of Kiel. She and her husband had been reisidents of Puente, California, for the past few years, moving there from the Kiel community.
She was born in the town of Meeme on April 26, 1884; the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Meyer Sr. She married Mr. Thieleke on September 26, 1906.
Besides her husband and sons, she is survived by three grandchildren and two brothers. They are Theodore Meyer, Kiel and William Meyer Jr., Sheboygan.
Mr. and Mrs.Eugene Thieleke left Kiel by car Monday for California. Funeral arrangements had not been completed at press time.
