Mrs. Christ Grupe, 91, of 2309 Kroos Ct., died Monday afternoon at her home following a long illness.

The former Anna Reinemann, she was born Jan. 12, 1872, in the Town of Centerville, a daughter of the late Christ and Elizabeth Reinemann. On May 9, 1898, she married Christ Grupe and they farmed in the Town of Centerville until 1928 when they moved to Sheboygan. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Survivors are her husband; one son, Elmer of Sheboygan; one daughter, Mrs. Adella Begalke of Sheboygan; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Otto, Edwin and Albert Reinemann, all of Sheboygan.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Arnold Wenger, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery at Cleveland. Friends may call at Nickel's Funeral Home from 2:30 p.m. Wednesday until 11 a.m. Thursday and at the church from noon until the time of services.
