Mrs. Anne Spychala (nee Tripucka), 88, passed away on Sept. 16, 2010, in Independence Manor in Flemingon, NJ. Visiting will be at Levandoski Funeral Home, 44 Bay Ave Bloomfield, 973-743-6969, on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The funeral will begin at 9:00 AM at the funeral home on Monday morning. The Funeral Mass will be in St. Valentine's Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Anne was born to Michael and Teofila Tripucka on March 4,1922. She was a lifelong resident of Bloomfield, NJ, until moving to Flemington in 2005. She married the late John Spychala in 1943. They were the owners of John's Hill Top Inn in Bloomfield for 25 years. Anne was a member of St. Valentine Parish in Bloomfield and had sung in the choir there. She was a longtime volunteer for the Clara Maass Auxilliary and also a past president of the American Legion Auxilliary.

She was predeceased by her eldest son, John. She was the loving mother of Claire Karnas (her husband, Tony) of Georgia, and Paul Spychala (his wife, Debbie) of Flemington; grandmother of Joy, Colleen and Jeff and great-grandmother of seven; sister of Frank Joseph Tripucka (his wife, Randy) and the late Marion Valentovic.
