Minnie Belle Priest of Sacramento died Friday at Sacramento Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 9, 1896 in Waldron, Ark., and had resided in the Pomona area before moving to Sacramento three years ago. She was owner of the Kates & Nels Cafe in Ontario for five years.

Survivors include five sons: Nathan, of DeFalls Bluff, Ark., William Terry of Sacramento, James of Brawley, F.C. of Locksburg, Ark., and Edwin of Texas: five daughters, Ann Wise of Mira Loma, Fay Lawson of Horatio, Ark., Dot Kitts of Yacoma[sic], Wash., Mae Clymore of Brawley, and Emma Pritchard of Camp Bellton, Tex.: one brother, George Kitchens: 50 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Blackman-Pollock Memorial Chapel. The Rev. George A. Starnes of Pathway Chapel, Church of God in Pomona will officiate. Burial will be in Pomona Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary today from 7 to 9 p.m.
