Stanley R. Andrews, 83, of Cowden, did at 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, Mar. 22, 1988, in Shelby Memorial Home, Shelbyville.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Lockart and Sons Funeral Home in Cowden with visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Cowden.
Memorials may be given to the Christian Church of Cowden.
Mr. Andrews was born Apr. 20, 1904, in Chicago, the son of Walter and Catherine Andrews. He formerly was vice president of Standard Coil Industries in Melrose Park, Ill., retiring in 1955.
He married LaVeda Prater Mar. 15, 1930 in Waukegan.
Surviving are wife; sister, Helen Sachs of Thorpe, Wis.; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson.
One son, Ronald, three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
