Albertha was married three times . Her first husband was Jonathon Clark who she married on Aug 14 1925 . After he passed away she married Alex H Slater on Jan 3 1947 . After he passed away she married William Francis Stockdale on June 5 1956 . William is buried with his wife in another cemetery .

Albertha Lee Young Stockdale, 91, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away February 18, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born in Cardston, Alberta, Canada, November 6, 1905 to Ida Lee and Preston Young, the second of eleven. Married J. Ernest Clark in 1924, later divorced. Married William Francis (Wally) Stockdale in 1956. Attended schools in Cardston and Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Prominent Salt Lake City restaurant owner and business woman. Member of LDS Church. She was always very loving and kind and was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She enjoyed time spent with her family and will be missed by all.
Survived by children, June (Bob) Stillman; May (Lynn) Buttle, both of Salt Lake; Gerald E. Clark (Norma), Anaconda, Montana; 12 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; sister and brothers, Don Lee Young, Salina, Calif.; Rex Lee Young, Sunset, Utah; Mrs. Wilford (Edith) Marwedel. Preceded in death by husband, William F. Stockdale; four brothers, and three sisters; a granddaughter, Karen Cowley.
