Mattoon, Illinois - Miss Maude Hill, 93, fromerly of 313 S. 21st St, Mattoon, died at 12:55 pm Monday in St Mary's hospital, Decatur. Sevices will be 2 pm Thursday at Mitchell-Jerdan funeral home with Rev Robert Clark officiating. Miss Hill was born Dec 1, 1885 near Sullivan, the daughter of William Robert and Annis Abigail Walker Hill. Survivors include one sister, Mrs Bertha Winchester of Sullivan and serveral nieces and nephews. Miss Hill was a member of the First Christian Church and Mattoon. Burial will be ain Pleasant Grove cemetery, Cooks Mills.

Note: Maude was never married. Born Jonathon Creek Township, Moultrie County (not Cole County)
