Which she contracted while nursing her
Sister,MrsJosephine Cartwright died
Sunday morning at the home of her
Mother,Mrs John H.Schele,312 West Butler
Street.Aweek ago Mrs Cartwright was called
to her Mother's home to assist in caring
For her sister.Miss Mayme Schele,who was
Dangerously ill from scarlet fever.While
There Mrs Cartwright contracted the diease
Which proved fatal within a few days. The
Sister,Miss Mayme.is inproving.
Mrs Cartwright was born and reared in
Fort Wayne and recived her education in
St Mary's grade and high school.In May
1911 she was united in marriage to Neva
Cartwright,who survived with the brother
Also two brothers George and Clement Schele
and three sisters,Mrs John Singleton,Mrs A.E.
Vogeding and Miss Mayme Schele,The decedent
Was twenty-six years of age and a devoted
Member of St Patrick's catholic Church
She was well known in this city and was
Popular with all who new her.
Private Funeral services were held this
Morning Monday January 22 1912
