He is proceeded in death by his father; Donald "Don" Howard Kramer, his brother; Thomas "Tom" Bruce Kramer and grandparents; Thomas Archie and Dorothy Mae Knox Pinckard.
He is survived by his wife; Stephanie Kramer, mother: Joyce Faye Pinckard Kramer, uncle; Grady Pinckard, nephews: Stephen and Nathan Kramer; niece: Kristin Kramer sister-in-law; Mary Kramer and cousins; Erick Pinckard, Tammy Pinckard Smedley and Brian Wilkinson.
His ashes will be placed with his brother's at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress, CA.
