Amy Lynn Creasey, 35, of West Terre Haute, passed away at 2:40 a.m. Monday, April 18, 2011, at Union Hospital. She was a certified nursing assistant. She was born March 19, 1976, in Terre Haute, to James "Crow" Creasey and Mary Maples Creasey.
Survivors include her daughters, Mazie and Marlie Creasey; her mother and stepfather, Mary and Charles Correll; her companion, Chris Kramer; a sister and brother-in-law, Amanda and Aaron Garrett; her paternal grandmother, Fairy Creasey; maternal grandparents, Jim and Louise Maples; and her special nieces and nephews, Shadd, Arista, Michael, Josh, Sheldon and Paytan Garrett. She was preceded in death by her father; her paternal grandfather, Howard "Heavy" Creasey; her great-grandmother, Beulah Darkis; and her cousin, Misty Lynn Elrod.
