John D. Robillard, 71, former resident of this city, died Wednesday morning in New York City where he had resided for the past 25 years. Mr. Robillard was born in Ogdensburg, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Robillard, and was employed by the New York Central Railroad here and in New York before retiring several years ago after 35 years of service.

He was twice married, his first wife, the former Eliza Jerue, passing away in 1913. He remarried in New York City 10 years ago. Survivors are his widow, four daughters, Joan Robillard, Mrs. Genevive Von Dietsch, and Mrs. Esther Jerue, all of New York City, Mrs. Carl Dashnaw, Ogdensburg; one son, Cpl. John Robillard, now in the south Pacific Area; and two stepsons, Water Tender 1/C James Kennedy, U.S. Navy and Patrick Kennedy, New York City.

Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, New York City.
