Louis Henry Kurtz is the son of Joseph and Clara Kurtz. Known to many by Louie. He was a Local farmer and generally a very quiet man.
He is survived by his wife Elfrieda "Frieda" Middendorf Kurtz. Sisters, Marian Day, Katherine Aiello and Barbara Easter all of Missouri and Ralph Kurtz of New Athens, IL and many nieces, nephews, and God children.
He is preceed in death by his parents Joseph and Clara Kurtz, brothers Lawrence and Casper Kurtz, and Sister Evelyn Kurtz Rogers.
He was a member of St. Liborious Catholic Church, which is his final resting place.
