Cornie VandeBurg, aged 72, of Rte. 1, Portland formerly of Zeeland, passed away Thursday night at a Lansing hospital. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Alvin Ensing of Hudsonville, Mrs. Sherman Pranger of Portland, Mrs. Carl Huizenga of Cascade; three sisters, Mrs. Sarah Meyers of Holland, Mrs. Hattie Dronkers and Mrs. Henrietta DeVries, both of California; five brothers, John of Holland, Peter of Florida, Jack, Heinie and Raymond all of Grand Rapids and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday from the Portland Christian Reformed Church. Interment Portland Cemetery. Friends may call at the Mapes-Fisher Funeral Home, Sunfield, Michigan.
