Thelma Hilda Ringdahl Webb, 92, of Green River died Friday, January 28, 2011 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, Rock Springs after a short illness.

She was born November 6, 1918, in Lyman, the daughter of John G. And Mary Lucile Field Ringdahl. She attended schools in Lyman and graduated from Lyman High School with the class of 1935.

She married Paxton E. Webb on June 10, 1935 in Lyman. He preceded her in death.

She was employed as a secretary for Sweetwater Count School District #2 and the City of Green River. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Her interests included reading, cooking, handiwork, quilting, volunteering at the food bank in Green River. She made over 100 afghans for family members and humanitarian organizations. She was generous with her time & service throughout her life

Survivors include sons Paxton Edwin Webb and James Robert Webb and wife Margaret all of Green River, John T. Webb and wife Jan of Spanish fork, Utah, and Joseph Webb and wife Sharon; daughters DeAnn Harsha and husband Eddie of Green River, and Alice Andreasen and husband Cal of Gilbert, Arizona; 33 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paxton E. Webb, daughter Helen Lorian (Bunny) Youngberg, parents John and Lucile Ringdahl, brothers John Alexander, Darrell, Calvin N., and James M., sister Florence, grandson Robbie Harrison, and granddaughter, Jodie Webb.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 3, 2011 at the Green River LDS 1st & 3rd Ward Chapel, 1000 W. 4th North, Green River. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the church and one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church.
Interment will take place at the Riverview Cemetery, Green River.
