He leaves two sons, David Cooper Feezor and Christopher Michael Feezor, both of Byhalia; a Daughter in-law(David), Jill A. Feezor; two grandsons(David), E. Austin C. Feezor and Quentin H. Feezor; and three sisters, Wanda Maharrey of Southaven, Brenda Martin of Memphis and DaVona Cotham of Saulsbury, Tenn.
